A request to delete information from Windowmatch’s records may not delete information already received and independently retained by a participating contractor. You may contact that contractor directly regarding its records.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 14.

  1. Withdrawing a Matching Request

You may withdraw a matching request by contacting us as soon as possible.

When we receive the request before information has been shared, we will make reasonable efforts not to provide it to a contractor.

Once information has already been provided to a participating contractor, we cannot guarantee that the contractor will delete its copy or stop all communications based solely on a request sent to Windowmatch. You should also notify the contractor directly.
